Powder Coating
Spray Art offers powdercoating using a wide variety of powders, in hundreds of available colors, on everything from small mounting brackets to large frames up to 25 feet in length.
Powdercoating is an environmentally-friendly process that utilizes solvent-free plastic resins that are finely ground and applied by special equipment that causes the powder to attach to the substrate. When it is cured in an oven, it melts and sets up into a uniform, durable finish, with physical properties that, in many cases, exceed those of comparable liquid coats. However, because of the process involved in manufacturing the powder itself, custom powdercoats may be cost-prohibitive.
